USER INFORMATION

Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE POLICY:

• Check in - 12:00 Hours. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
• Check out - 11:00 Hours. Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

• No cancellation charges are applicable in case cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date on Best Available Rate. Bank charges applicable in case of any refund.
• In case of cancellation made between 7 days to 48hours prior to the arrival date, a cancellation charge of 25% of total booking will be charged.
• In case of No show or cancelled within 48 hours of arrival on Best Available Rate, retention will be charged equivalent for full stay.
• The reservation stands non-refundable and non-amendable during long weekends, festivals, Christmas / New Year period (Blackout dates - 20th December to 03rd January) and long weekends.
• 100 percent cancellation charges will be applicable and no amendment is allowed for the reservations made on Advance Purchase Rate, Website Packages or Best Available Rate with a promocode discount.

MODIFICATION POLICY:

• Modification to existing booking can be made subject to availability of type of rooms on that date.
• In case change of dates for existing booking, Reservation of rooms will be subject to availability.

REFUND POLICY:

• Any refund will be returned only in to the same Credit Card account / bank account / through EBS payment gateway or any other method which was used to send the advance. It may take up to 14 working days to refund the amount from the date of cancellation email.

CHILD POLICY:

• Complimentary stay for two children upto 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.
• Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years.

NO SMOKING:

No smoking The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated guest rooms. Should you want a smoking room, please inform us when you make your reservation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

We do not accept liability where any form of loss or damage whether by reason of death, injury, illness or otherwise. Any such loss caused by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or where any loss or damage is due to an event which we could not have either foreseen or forestalled. Induvanam does not accept any liability for any failure by hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
