RULES & REGULATIONS AT DISTRICT GRAVITY:

• All activity slots are allotted on a first come first serve basis either via booking on our website or via our online partners or on-ground.
• Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is valid only for a date and specified time.

• Only participants with valid tickets / vouchers / bands will be allowed in the activity zone. Spectators are not allowed to enter live activity zones.
• Please maintain discipline in ride queue area. Members of the group are not allowed to join those already in queue.
• Parents are advised to pay special attention to their Children. Children should be accompanied by adults.
• All participants are expected to arrive at the activity site 5 minutes before the allotted time. Delay in reaching the site will result in your activity taking place depending on available time slots or not taking place at all on the day. No refund will be given in such a scenario.
• District Gravity personnel will strive to keep all activities operational in all weather conditions but we reserve the right to postpone or cancel any activity if we feel weather conditions on the day are incompatible towards a safe conduct of the activity.
• All participants must strictly adhere to the instructions laid out by District Gravity personnel and follow all safety procedures.
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
• Dress like Sarees, Dupatta, Formal Pants, Shirts, Jeans, Burkha/Pardhas, Denim (Jeans, Three fourth Jeans) School Uniforms & Indecent attires are not allowed in any kind of activities in District Gravity.
• Shoes are mandatory for participation in Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Paintball, Rope Course, Giant Swing, Para-Jump, Slithering and Zip-Line.
• Always wear Polyester or Nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, bermudas, three-fourths, or swim suits) while enjoying at Pool Paradise.
• For certain activities, minimum height / weight criteria will be decided by District Gravity personnel.
• District Gravity reserves the right to make alterations to brochure details and any other company documents, before and after any booking has been received and confirmed. Most of these changes will be minor and, in most cases, we will inform to the participant at the earliest opportunity.
• Even though District Gravity carries full Public Liability Insurance, it is strongly suggested that participants carry their own personal accident policy that covers them for the activity they are undertaking.
• Unforeseen circumstances may at times result in a delay to your allotted activity time. You will be expected to cooperate and wait for your turn as per queue.
• All participants must be aware that the activities at District Gravity carry a degree of risk. Even though District Gravity has tried to minimise these risks, there is still a chance that participants may sustain injury. Participants will only be accepted on the understanding that they are aware of these risks and wish to participate of their own free will.
• Signing of the indemnity form is mandatory before undertaking any activity.
• The adventure park is a no smoking and alcohol-free zone. Any substance abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Outside food & beverages are strictly not allowed.
• On signing any form / company paper, the participants agree to honour and abide by every regulation laid out by District Gravity.
• All participants agree that content generated from their activities can be used for marketing purposes at the discretion of District Gravity.
• All and any damage to any equipment or premises due to negligence will have to be made good by the guest. Any misbehaviour or violent conduct of any form will result in expulsion from the property without refund.
• All persons, bags luggage and parcels and any other items is subject to security check at the point of entry to the park and at such other locations inside the park as we consider appropriate.
• Loss / theft / damage to personal property will be the guests own responsibility. Management will not be responsible for the loss of any of your personal belongings.
• Carrying of any kind of weapons / arms is strictly not permitted.
• Please show common courtesy to fellow park guests and our service staff. Do not use any unparliamentary language and engage in unsafe and offensive behaviour.
• Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park. Kindly use the specified area for the same.
• Pet animals are not allowed inside the park.
• Age restrictions apply. Parental clearance may be requisite for certain ages.
• Park Timings: 10am – 6pm on all days.

Following activities are not allowed without prior approval from the management:

• Sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.
• Distribution of printed materials of any kind.
• Brand promotion, unauthorized events.
• Display of banner or any other printed materials.
• Photography, videotaping, recording of any kind for commercial purposes.

We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the park and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.

SAFETY OF VISITORS: :

• Daily safety check on all the activities will be conducted.
• Attendants will be presented in all the areas of the park.
• Fire Extinguishers will be situated all over the park.
• CCTV Surveillance all over the park.
• Fully Equipped first aid facility.

HEALTH POLICY:

• If you are not in good health, you should not experience the adventure activities at District Gravity.
• All participants must be aware that any adventure activity carries an element of risk. While District Gravity does everything possible to mitigate this risk, all participants must be aware of the undertaking and participate from their free will only.
• All participants must be aware that like in any adventure activity, there is a chance of an injury happening.
• If anyone has the following conditions, they are advised not to participate or get medical clearance before participating:
  • Any heart conditions
  • High blood pressure
  • Dizziness or Epilepsy
  • Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
  • Asthma
  • Osteoporosis
  • Neurological disorders
• Please inform the District Gravity personnel if you are under any dose of heavy medication.
• Intoxication or substance abuse is strictly prohibited before undertaking any of the activities. Anyone found in contempt will be denied participation and expelled.

By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information). We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by TRUHON CONSULTING LLP.

TAT (Turn Around Time) of the services provided by us: We follow a first come first serve model.

TERMINATION OF USE

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. GOVERNING LAW

As each country has laws that may differ from those of Hyderabad, India by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Hyderabad, India without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site. Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the state courts located in Hyderabad, India. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

CONSUMER COMPLAINT SERVICE

No one can give 100% guarantee that the complaint will be resolved as it depends on the situation of the company but we will try our level best to solve the matter to the last extent. In maximum cases we have resolved but, in some conditions, we cannot provide the guarantee to the consumer. But most of the companies try to solve the issues. If the company still on that note does not look into the issue then in that case we will give you the prepared draft of the complaint and you can approach the nearest consumer forum for filing of the complaint.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by M/s. Gram Aaranyaka Enterprises Private Limited. For further information, refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

We are not a Govt. body or portal, however, we provide legal services, Financial consultancy services, Secretarial Services, Accounting Services, GST Registration & filing, Consumer Complaint.

GUARANTEE

Unless otherwise expressed, www.gramaaranyaka.in expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
