Park Rules & Regulations
- Activity slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, whether booked through our website, our online partners, or directly on-site.
- Participants must arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss their slot or be rescheduled based on availability, and no refunds will be issued.
- Activities will run in most weather conditions but may be postponed or cancelled if deemed unsafe.
- Participants must follow all instructions and safety procedures.
- All bookings are non-refundable, with exceptions granted only at the discretion of the company when necessary.
- Cancellation charges apply as per District Gravity policies
- Shoes are mandatory for participation in rock climbing, rappelling, paintball, rope course, giant swing, para-jump, slithering and zip-line.
- For certain activities, minimum height/weight criteria will be decided by District Gravity personnel.
- Only participants with valid tickets/vouchers/bands will be allowed in the activity zone.
- We reserve the right to modify brochure details and other documents before or after booking; any changes will be communicated at the earliest opportunity.
- Although full Public Liability Insurance is provided, participants are strongly advised to have their own personal accident insurance covering the activities they undertake.
- Unexpected delays may occur; participants are expected to wait their turn in the queue.
- Participants acknowledge that activities carry inherent risks and agree to take part voluntarily, understanding that injuries may occur despite safety measures.
- Signing of the indemnity form is mandatory before undertaking any activity.
- The adventure park is a no-smoking and alcohol free zone. Any substance abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Outside food & beverages are strictly not allowed.
- On signing any form/company paper, the participants agree to honour and abide by every regulation laid out by District Gravity
- All participants agree that content generated from their activities can be used for marketing purposes at the discretion of District Gravity.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence. Misbehaviour or violence may lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
- Loss/theft/damage to personal property will be the guest's own responsibility.
- Carrying any kind of weapons/arms is strictly not permitted.
- Age restrictions apply. Parental clearance may be required for certain ages.
- Park Timing: 10 AM - 6 PM on all days
